Why written-only? Can we have a call?
We work in writing, by email or on Upwork. You get a clear record of what was agreed, you can reply when it suits you, and nothing gets lost between a call and the build. Most small jobs are quicker to scope in a few messages than a meeting.
How do I pay?
Your written quote sets out the total and how to pay. If you prefer platform protection, hire us through Upwork instead: Upwork holds the payment until you approve the work.
How long does a job take?
Small fixes are often a day or two. A one-page site is usually a few days, a multi-page site a little longer. Your quote gives a firm delivery date before you commit.
What do I need to send?
What the job is, any logo, text, photos or files, a couple of sites or examples you like, and your deadline. If something's missing, we'll ask in the thread.
Who owns the website or code?
You do. You get the full source files when the job is done. Your domain and hosting stay in your name.
Are the demos real client work?
No. They're built for fictional businesses so you can see and test the quality before hiring. We don't show invented reviews or client logos.
How fast will I hear back?
You get a written fixed quote within 24 hours of sending the form, usually sooner. If the job isn't a fit, we'll tell you that within 24 hours too.
Do you do hosting or ongoing maintenance?
We don't sell hosting. We'll help you put the site on a host in your own name, and later changes can be quoted as small fixed-price jobs.
